The Platform facilitates the booking of appointments with veterinary clinics and healthcare providers. However, we do not endorse or guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any services provided by these clinics or providers. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and selecting suitable services.
Appointment Fees and Cancellations: Pet parents should be aware that the cancellation or booking of any appointments may result in in-person fees. Bookyourvet.com does not monitor, enforce, or manage any fees associated with these transactions. Our platform solely provides the convenience of scheduling appointments with your chosen veterinarian.
Appointment Timing and Wait Times: While veterinarians listed on our platform make every effort to accommodate booked appointment times, pet parents should be aware that there may be wait times due to previous appointments extending beyond their allotted time, emergencies, or other factors beyond the veterinarian's control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookyourvet.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Bookyourvet.com’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) to Bookyourvet.com in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bookyourvet.com provides the Platform “as is” and makes no representations or warranties regarding the services or veterinarians listed on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold BookYourVet.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
10. System & Application Update
The Vet Partner (Customer) is responsible for ensuring that their access point to the Bookyourvet.com Care Provider Dashboard is kept safe, secure, and up-to-date. Bookyourvet.com is not liable for any issues arising from the Vet Partner’s (Customer’s) failure to maintain current updates and versions of their systems or applications.
11. Freemium Plan Terms
The Pet Parent (User) is responsible for maintaining the security of their access point to the Bookyourvet.com Pet Parent Dashboard. If it is determined that your access point is involved in any malicious login attempts, we will suspend your membership and notify you immediately. Should these attempts succeed in compromising the security of the platform, your membership will be terminated, and we may pursue legal action if the breach affects our Vet Partners (Customers) or other Pet Parents (Users).
12. Notifications SMS and Email
By signing up for an account on Bookyourvet.com, you consent to be automatically opted-in to receive both SMS and email notifications, including appointment reminders and updates.
SMS Notifications: You may opt-out of SMS notifications by using the "Contact Us" section of our website or by replying 'STOP' to any appointment reminder SMS you receive. Standard data rates and any applicable charges may apply as determined by your carrier. Bookyourvet.com is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred. Bookyourvet.com does not send unsolicited marketing texts without explicit consent
Email Notifications: You also consent to receive email notifications related to appointment reminders or updates. If you wish to disable email notifications, you can do so by accessing the "Turn Off" option in your profile settings. Please note that turning off email notifications will prevent appointment confirmation or reminder emails from being sent to you. Bookyourvet.com does not send unsolicited marketing emails without explicit consent
Service Guarantee: Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Bookyourvet.com shall not be liable for any carrier delays or message failures.
13. Force Majeure
Bookyourvet.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, cyberattacks, system outages, government actions, or other events that render performance impracticable.
14. Data Retention and Privacy
Bookyourvet.com retains user and appointment information for up to Five (5) years (This retention period is subject to change as necessary to comply with legal, operational, or technical requirements.) following account deletion or appointment completion, unless longer retention is required by law. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.
